Happy New Year Everyone. I hope you have had a restful winter break.

I think I can speak for most and say this is definitely not the start back we expected. However, I’m trying to focus on the positives and being grateful for the small everyday joys life can surprise us with. Like yesterday, I went for my daily walk and got to see Dundee in a light sprinkle of snow! (See photo below, I think it looks like it should be an exotic country with those plants!) I hope you too are looking for the silver linings, but I understand it can be a challenge sometimes. If you are struggling please reach out.

The SRUCSA Team, including myself are here to listen and support where we can. Please feel free to share your messages or photos of positivity with us. I’d love to create a collage of them to go out on our social media.

We are also looking at how else we can best support you, and are looking at setting up student groups that can meet regularly online. If you have any ideas on what you think would be beneficial please do get in touch.
