As it says on the proverbial tin, 150 students and degree apprentices have a chance to win £500 in food and supermarket vouchers. To be precise, if won you can spend your vouchers at Aldi, Tesco, and Sainsbury's. In addition, they can also be used for a Lifestyle Eat gift card which participates with over 100 food and coffee brands. 

Eligibility 

The prize draw (called Santander Fuel) is run by the bank Santander but customer or not, everyone can take part. The prize draw is open to UK residents aged 18 or over who meet one of these criteria:

• They’re currently studying at a UK further education or higher education institution and will continue their studies in the 2026/27 academic year.
• They’ve accepted, or are due to accept, a place starting in September or October 2026.
• They’re completing a degree apprenticeship in the UK or are due to start one in September or October 2026.

How to Take Part

To participate you need to register or log on to Santander Open Academy, then fill in the short online entry form. The prize draw closes at 11.59pm on 12 November 2026.
